STEREOSCOPIC IMAGERY
The tours can optionally be shot using specialized equipment in stereo. What this means is that the scene has been shot simultaneously from 2 lens side by side, essentially imitating the two human eyes. This results in a sense of depth otherwise impossible with a 2D 360° image.

VIRTUAL STAGING
The tours can be created using staged images. These are often computer generated panoramas or elements (such as furniture or artwork, etc), which are added to real-life panoramas during the tour production process.*
This is a popular method in real estate virtual tours, for example, whereby a property can be viewed in various stages or styles so as to give a client a visual idea of how the property or space would look like with the addition of furnishings and so on.
Once in a tour, a user can switch between the stages of the panorama they are viewing. This could be a bedroom, for example before and after it is furnished.
